Have you ever wondered how the delicious, nutritious sardines, mackerel, and tuna in our cans make their journey from the vast ocean to your table? It's a process built on a commitment to quality, safety, and taste. Today, we're giving you an exclusive look behind the scenes at our state-of-the-art cannery.

1. Sourcing with Responsibility:

Our journey begins at sea. We're not just a processing factory. We also have a professional fishing crew. 12 of our fishing boats go out fishing during the regulated fishing season ensuring the health of marine ecosystems for future generations. We will carefully select the highest quality fish raw materials for canning processing, and sell the rest to other distributors to ensure that the quality of our fish cans meets the highest standards in the industry.

2. Precision Preparation:

After the fish are selected, they will be immediately preserved with the most advanced preservation technology and transported to the nearby factory for processing. Usually, it takes no more than 48 hours from the fish reaching the shore to the factory. The selected fish are then cleaned, filleted, or sized according to strict specifications. This stage is handled with a blend of modern automation and skilled manual oversight to ensure consistency and care. Whether they are destined to be sardine in oil or mackerel in tomato sauce, each fish is prepared with precision.

3. The Canning Art:

The prepared fish are seamlessly filled into cans. Our filling machines are calibrated for accuracy to guarantee perfect weight and portioning in every can. Next, we add natural oils, brines, or premium sauces-all crafted to enhance, not overpower, the natural flavor of the fish.

4. Sealing and Sterilization:

We use muffle cans, which are not only safe for the human body and lightweight, but also can ensure absolute sealing. The cans are hermetically sealed to lock in freshness and nutrients. The critical sterilization process follows. The cans are heated to a specific temperature under precise pressure to eliminate any microorganisms, ensuring product safety and longevity without the need for artificial preservatives.

5. Final Quality Gate:

After cooling, each batch of cans is labeled and undergoes a final quality control check. We conduct random sampling for taste, texture, and composition to ensure every can that leaves our factory meets our exceptional standards and your expectations.

From ocean to can, our integrated process is designed to deliver safe, nutritious, and flavorful seafood you can trust. It's not just a can; it's our promise.
